Project Management
Our guiding principle for superior project management is determining what good service means to each client, and then delivering it — always! It is our project management teams that drive the quality work that our clients expect, starting with our initial cost proposal and preliminary schedules, and on through the delivery of our comprehensive management systems and procedures. These teams strive to be the best service provider in the industry by meeting challenges and solving problems every day.
Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Project Managers create a deliverable schedule that will be used as a roadmap by the construction team to finish the job on time and within budget. They must effectively communicate project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties. The ultimate problem solver, the project manager must manage teams and owner expectations, and align projects to business goals. They are responsible for the overall performance of the project from the preconstruction estimating phase to successful completion, including safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control. Senior Project Managers may oversee multiple project teams and larger projects.
Assistant Project Manager
Assistant project managers support the project team including the project manager, project engineer and superintendent by maintaining project documents, generating, and tracking subcontracts, purchase orders and bonds, and managing project requirements such as Owner Direct Purchase Orders (ODPs) and government or contractual reporting.
Project Engineer
The project engineer communicates directly with the architect and engineer on the project facilitating subcontractor meetings, reviewing plans and specifications, submittals for compliance, and shop drawings. The Project Engineer also facilitates coordination meetings, compiles operation and maintenance manuals, coordinates and tracks material deliveries, and documents weekly progress through reports, forms, and photos.
