Safety
Keeping everyone safe while on the job is one of our primary concerns. A well-developed safety program and excellent job-site management are the keys to having one of the lowest injury rates in the industry.
Safety Supervisor
A safety supervisor designs and implements the safety programs on our construction projects. Project managers, superintendents and engineers rely on the safety supervisor to perform field inspections, review safety procedures, and ensure OSHA and contractual compliance.
Safety Coordinator
Safety coordinators develop and implement safety training programs, conduct new employee safety orientations, and meet with project crews to offer guidance on appropriate and timely safety topics. They work with project management to develop site-specific safety plans and perform safety audits, ensuring all work areas conform to OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
Contract and Risk Coordinators
The contract and risk coordinator is responsible for reviewing, negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions under the direction of executive management. They have comprehensive knowledge of contract and construction law as well as an understanding of risk management as it applies to indemnity obligations and insurance claims.
