No Job Too Small. The key to successfully managing continuing service contracts is being available to serve clients when and where you are needed, and often times at the drop of a hat. Our reputation for personal service has led to over a dozen continuing service contracts, many for repeat clients. Because this is a core business for us, we have created special teams to handle every request that comes to us in a timely and cost effective way, no matter how big or small.

These projects have included modifications to major building systems to meet current occupancy and life safety codes, interior renovations for improved functionality, ADA upgrades, aesthetic remodel projects that improve the visual appearance and experience for occupants and guests, and much more.
