Casselberry Lake Concord Park and Signature Road

Casselberry is a growing community located in Seminole County approximately 10 miles north of downtown Orlando. The City’s vision, referred to as Lake Concord Park, creates a neighborhood gathering place filled with community spirit – art, music, food and shopping. The mixed-use development consists of commercial and retail space, residential and recreational amenities. To help achieve this vision, Wharton-Smith is working with the City, architect and developer to oversee construction of the development project. Key elements of the project include relocating and realigning Triplet Lake Drive; demolishing and rebuilding portions of the existing Public Works Building to accommodate realignment; preparing the 16- acre South Village residential site, including underground utility infrastructure and development of stormwater containment ponds; and creating a three-acre public park.
