Crest Lake Park

Wharton-Smith’s Tampa division is providing the City of Clearwater with new construction and renovations to Crest Lake Park. These renovations will be to an existing 39 acre park with a lake. Also included are new boardwalks, docks, a restroom building, pavilions, playgrounds, a splash pad, landscape, arboretum, aquatic plantings, sidewalks, volleyball courts, parking, a lake fountain, walking trails, signage, and a passive zone. The project is expected to be completed by April of 2021.
