Lake House at Eustis Assisted Living Facility

Wharton-Smith’s Space Coast division is providing new construction for Northshore Development Group, LLC on the Lake House at Eustis Assisted Living Facility. This will be a 87,166-square-foot, 98 unit, three-story project. Development will begin with the demolition of three existing structures and several accessory structures on a 1.75 acre site. Once the project begins in April 2021, the team will be working alongside Bessolo Design Group and is expected to be completed in April of 2022.
