Wharton-Smith managed the construction of a multi-phased addition and renovation project totaling over 214,000 square-feet at Lakeview Middle School. Completed over a four-year period, the project added four new buildings, including a two-story classroom building, cafeteria, performing arts building and a replacement gymnasium. The project also included the renovation of all buildings on campus, new athletic facilities (track, soccer field, basketball court, and tennis court), and extensive site work.
