Built on a greenfield site, the new 85,000 s.f. Millennia Gardens Elementary School was built using tilt-up construction and consists of state-of-the-art classrooms, media center, computer labs, art and music labs, and a multi-purpose room/cafeteria for approximately 830 students. The new campus also includes two playgrounds, a basketball court, new soccer field, new underground utilities, parking lots and bus loop. The new school was built to alleviate overcrowding at the nearby elementary school and was completed in time for the 2016-2017 school year.
