Northern Regional Recreation Center

Wharton-Smith is constructing a two-story, 83,000 sqft recreation building situated on 43 acres in Cornelius, NC. The center will have amenities including: indoor track, leisure pool, lap pool, work out areas, basketball courts, classrooms, multi-use event rooms, and more. The project is expected to be completed in Summer of 2022.
