Wharton-Smith is currently providing Construction Manager at Risk services on the Pine Crest Elementary School replacement for Seminole County Public Schools. Construction consists of a new elementary school on the existing campus of approximately 105,000 SF with 900 student stations. The project will include the demolition of the existing campus, construction of new parking, retention areas, and site amenities to include playground areas, walkways, and play fields.
