Roth Athletic Center

Wharton-Smith is constructing an interior build-out of a two-story, 37,000 s.f. facility for the University of Central Florida (UCF). As production began on February 2019, the build-out will include new office spaces, locker rooms, lounges, and an exercise room to be used by all UCF athletic departments. The team has been working with Cape Design Engineering and Davis Architects, Inc.
