Wharton-Smith provided preconstruction and construction management services for the comprehensive replacement of the existing modular style school campus. The project included a new 135,000-square-foot two-story K-8 facility consisting of a classroom building with music and art rooms, new administrative space, and a new cafeteria. The remodeling and renovation work included converting 35,000 square feet of core buildings into classroom space and upgrading the MEP systems for code compliance. The 29-acre site was completely restored for new parking drives, utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
