The Marine Research Center is a two-story, 18,000 s.f. facility located in the port of Gulfport, Mississippi. Our Wharton-Smith team provided construction management services to this project, which serves as the principal marine operations and support facility for The University of Southern Mississippi’s oceanographic research efforts.
