At Wharton-Smith, we take pride in learning our client’s vision and transforming it into reality, which is exactly what we achieved for Seminole State College of Florida!

Our team worked alongside HuntonBrady Architects to provide construction management services to Building “L” at the Sanford/Lake Mary campus in order to be completed by August 2019. Development involved demolition to the existing interior build-out to create multi-purpose classrooms, lounge areas, a café, new interior finishes, and more. Outdoor gathering spaces and exterior architectural features were also assembled to improve the aesthetic of the building.
