Rooted within our homegrown community of Sanford, FL, Wharton-Smith has undergone major remodeling on the east side of the historical Pine Crest Elementary School of Innovation.

Our Central Florida Commercial team supplied Seminole County Public Schools with construction management at risk services. Scheduled to completely fine-tune this newly renovated 110,754-square-foot project by February 2021, we are thrilled to have worked on this operation alongside C.T. HSU & Associates.

With the new addition of the Innovative Learning Center, this state-of-the-art magnet school will now allow students an even greater opportunity to use the latest in educational technology and expand their abilities to be the future problem solvers of our community.
