As we kick off Women in Construction Week, we’re recognizing some of the impressive, ambitious group of women across our company and asking, “Why are you proud to be a woman in construction?”

Project Manager, Carlin Dunlop, P.E., shares that being in this industry validates that construction is not just a man’s world and is a great career path for everyone. Carlin is an example of how young females can achieve greatness no matter the industry.
