Women in Construction Week

As we continue to celebrate this remarkable week, we recognize the dedication of women who work in the construction industry and their contributions to our society.

Every day these women overcome adversity, push the boundaries, and set new limits. Megan Cotrell, MSA, Wharton-Smith Training Manager, is one of them.

When asked why she’s proud to be a woman in construction she explained how women get the job done – as innovators, problem solvers, and relationship builders. Megan is a trailblazer to all women who lead in this industry, and Wharton-Smith is fortunate to have her on our team.

Check back later this week, as we continue to feature some of the terrific women at our company.
