Our final feature of the week is our rock star Senior Proposal Coordinator, Pamila Evans, who plays a tremendous role in our Marketing department. We asked her to share with us why she’s proud to be a woman in construction, and her answer touches close to home – her mom. She explained that she grew up watching her mom climb the construction ladder and paved the way for future generations, like herself.
