The new park is part of Lake Nona’s long-term plan to provide more options for outdoor activities and recreation to residents across Lake Nona’s 14 square miles.

Sanford, FL – January 24, 2017 – Wharton-Smith, Inc. was recently selected as Construction Manager for the renovation of Building L 1st and 2nd Floors at Seminole State College. The project will modernize approximately 73,079 square feet of space of the 1970’s-era building including classrooms, computer labs, tutoring spaces, libraries, offices, conference rooms, MEP equipment areas, circulation paths, and support spaces.
