Site 90 K8 Topping Out

All smiles at the topping out for Orange County Public Schools Site 90 K8 project. Our Central Florida Commercial Team members were ready to celebrate this major milestone in the heart of the school’s future cafeteria.

About The Project
The project team is constructing a three-story, 141,672 s.f. classroom building, as well as a 17,390 s.f. gymnasium and will meet the Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area criteria.

Jupiter, FL – Wharton-Smith Construction Group celebrated the start of the Miami Bluehouse Phase 2 project with a kick-off event on June 30, 2021. Wharton-Smith was joined by project engineer, Hazen and Sawyer, and Bluehouse owner, Atlantic Sapphire.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Miramar East Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Our previous efforts with The City of Miramar, Florida landed us an excellent opportunity to work together again on a collaborative delivery project. The renovations and upgrades allowed the city to link the facility with their West WTP, resulting in uniform water quality throughout. Not only do the residents have a better functioning water plant and distribution system now, but the project remained on schedule, on budget, maintained high quality, and had zero safety incidents throughout the project.
